Frequently Asked Question
Â
1. What is an escape room?
An escape room, also known as an escape game, is a game in which a team of players cooperatively discover clues, solve puzzles, and accomplish tasks in one or more rooms in order to progress and accomplish a specific goal in a limited amount of time. The goal is often to escape from the site of the game.
2. What should I bring?
Just bring yourself and your friends. There are no cameras, phones, mobile devices, flashlights, tools, or writing utensils allowed inside the attraction. It's entirely up to you and your group to put your heads together and figure out the puzzles.
3. Am I really locked in?
Honestly, no. You always have a way out of the escape rooms, and there is always a quick and easy way out of the attraction. However, once you enter a haunted maze, as with any haunted attraction, you will need to work your way through it. That said, you can always tell the actors that you do not wish to continue, and they will halt the scares and help you through.
4. What if I am late?
The game begins promptly at the scheduled time. If you are not too late, you may still be able to enter the game. However, later than 10 minutes, and you may be out of luck, and there are no refunds.
5. Do I have to book the whole time slot?
All escape game bookings are private. Booking the minimum amount of players for the game will block off the entire time slot so no one can book the same time. If you want to play with friends or family and all pay separately, just book for the minimum and all additional players can pay when they arrive.Â
6. What forms of payment do you accept?
Transactions can be made online through our website or in person at our physical location, and we accept all major credit cards and cash. No checks. Sorry.
