With Whit Wiley's body discovered floating in the mall fountain, strangled by his own tie, suspicion hangs thick in the salty ocean air.
Could it be Willhemina Wiley, the scorned ex-wife with a taste for revenge? After all, Whit's infidelity was the stuff of local legend, and Willhemina's sharp tongue was known to cut deeper than a discount coupon.
